The plan of Vilnius was first printed in Latin in 1581 in the third volume of the Civitates orbis terrarum - the atlas of city plans and pictures. Its other issues were subsequently published in German (1582) and French (1583), and several times in Latin (between 1588 and 1750) but without texts.
