In this album we present the selection of pictures from the LAWIN art collection encompassing the Vilnius School of Art landscape paintings of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century. The works presented in the album were created by artists of various nationalities who were born, lived or worked in Lithuania. Along with the presented pictures, there are their descriptions and outlines of the artists’ biographies included with the sole purpose – to help readers perceive the development of Lithuanian art.
